How to join

In order to join the Bone Marrow Donor Registry, you must pass a list of criteria to ensure that your donation is safe.

Eligibility criteria

To join the registry you must be:

aged between 18 – 35 years
able to meet the NZ Blood Service requirements to donate blood (Read the NZBS blood donor eligibility criteria here)
willing to donate bone marrow to any patient anywhere in the world
